Hello! You’ve reached the personal & professional webpage of Samantha McClellan. I’m in my second year pursuing a Master of Library Science degree at the School of Library & Information Science at Indiana University in the idyllic town of Bloomington, IN. If it looks like there’s some construction going on at this site, it’s probably because there is! I undertook a project to learn WordPress this past summer as a project with a friend, and I’ve been playing a lot with layouts.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I knew a few things about where I wanted to end up: working with people, and assisting them in any sort of research endeavor, whether that means searching for a Young Adult fiction book or researching for an honors thesis at a university. While I am graduating in May 2013, I’m currently in the job market and looking for an academic position where I can collaborate with people who want to make the library an exciting and approachable place.

You can currently browse through my education and library experience, read my blog, or contact me. I’m always looking for new blogs (especially anything regarding emerging technologies) to read, so please leave a comment on the contact page with your information! Feel free to navigate this site that has my most recent library experience and education information. I am readily available through the contact page, and my CV is available upon request.

Thanks!
